Even now, I still consider Rovinj one of the prettiest towns I’ve seen. There’s something natural, sultry and raw about her beauty. If she was a woman, she would be a middle-aged goddess, wearing her history proudly on her face without any camouflage. The attractiveness of this little town is also all-encompassing: every alleyway you stumble into, from any angle and at every time of the day, there is something pretty to be captivated by. The town used to be part of the Venetian empire, and the Italian influence is aesthetically clear. We enjoyed our four days here, though as always, wished we could have stayed longer. Enjoy the visual memories.
